About Jeff Jolton

Director of Global Consulting - Dr. Jolton Jeff has over 15 years experience in individual and organizational assessments and research, including employee surveys, 360 feedback, pre-employment assessments, and executive development. Jeff currently serves as the Director of Global Consulting for Kenexa where in addition to working with clients such as Avon, Gap Inc.,The Home Depot, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Wachovia, he leads the consulting team’s development and thought leadership efforts. Prior to joining Kenexa, Jeff spent almost 7 years as a senior consultant and led numerous projects include work for GE, HP, Northwestern Mutual, and Xerox. Jeff has a PhD and M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Ohio University, is a regular presenter at numerous professional conferences, and has over 20 publications in professional and scientific journals.
