How Caterpillar Tied Employee Engagement to Business Outcomes [Infographic]

Understanding the relationship between employee engagement and business performance within its global dealer network enabled Caterpillar to implement people initiatives and, ultimately, predictably increase business performance outcomes and organizational performance. A recent correlation study revealed that highly engaged dealers had significantly better results when measuring it against key business metrics. The result? Increased employee engagement significantly impacts the bottom line at Caterpillar.
